New Horizons 24/7 Care Services is a business that provides and two part care service to the North of Engalnd. The first element to this is providing a supported living service for those don't wish to live in residential care but are finding it difficult to cope at home. The second part of the business is that we are are 24/7 recruitment care agency that able to provide fully qualified care staff to clients, such as hospitals, residential homes & individual homes. The main goal at New Horizons is to ensure client satisfaction. We take great pride in the service we provide and ensure that it's tailored to meet all your individual needs & requirements.

This service acts as a alternative from hospital or living within a residential care community. We providing support for those who are ready for discharge but not yet ready to live independently due to lack of personal skills, disabilities, mental health. Our staff usually visit the patients/clients in their home to help them with daily living chores such as getting out of bed, going out to college or work, assist with simple tasks such as shopping, housework and assist with daily living. The services also include respite care for adults, giving carers a change to relax and cope with caring for loved ones.

Joseph is the co-founder of New Horizons and has a wealth of knowledge & experience within the care industry. This is highlighted in his qualifications [ BSc (Hons) ] he holds in both 'Mental Health Nursing/Social Work'. He is also responsible for assigning the fully qualified staff that are sent out to fulfil your needs & requirements. All clients will have a direct point of contact with Joseph.
Mr Josephat Dokotera - Co-Founder Of New Horizons 24/7.
Josephat is the registered manager for New Horizons Care. He is also a fully qualified Registered General Nurse & Mental Health Nurse & has over 20 years of experience. His current role & responsibilities includes overseeing the overall running of the agency. He places a big emphasis on ensuring that all the staff that are sent out are able deliver the high standards of service we expect.
