Over the moon with our new garden! Andrew and his team are a pleasure to work with. Andrew adopts a very collaborative approach from start to finish, so as the customer you are always in control of the design and works being carried out. Andrew puts customer satisfaction at the heart of his business which makes a refreshing change. We had an unloved rundown garden which we barely used and after discussing options and designs with Andrew, we now have a beautiful, smart, contemporary garden, which will gets lots of use once the weather warms up. Andrew and his team recently revamped our garden, the garden path and built a patio as well as a purpose-built area for a trampoline. They also removed a huge amount of dirt to relieve the damp in our extension.
It was a big job, and we were hugely impressed with the service from New Horizon, from first meeting Andrew, his input into the job design and his experience of what would work, what wouldn’t, right the way through to completion of the job in time.
