Provided verbal quote "2hrs @£72 will be £144". Then charged £181 based on a different cost formula and denied previous verbal quote. I don't appreciate being treated like I'm dishonest. I will not use again and recommend against using them. If you do use them, get a written quote. If you are a woman don't go there alone, they are bullies.

Picked up our two year old urano grey vw golf today after having a Matrix black ceramic coating applied by the guys at New Again Chelmsford, the car looked stunning, the coating raised the metallic to a new level. The quality of the work was beyond expectations, much better than when new. The car was returned on time and immaculate with practical advice on how to maintain the finish. What a fantastic experience! Just picked up our car after having a Matrix Black Ceramic coating applied, the finish is outstanding. Customer focussed, friendly and knowledgeable staff made the whole experience effortless. The work was finished ahead of schedule and we were greeted by Gary who was delighted to hand back our incredibly shiny vehicle. Cannot thank New Again enough for the amazing service they provided and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Can not recommend these guys enough. Had my car booked in for roof clean and reseal on the Saturday, but on Friday night I noticed so water getting into the boot so on Saturday morning I dropped the car off explaining what I have also found, now bearing In mind the guys only work till 2pm they offered to try solve my problem about the leak as well as clean my roof. What a service that is considering the time they had. Hopefully it’s cured the problem but if not I’ll definitely take it back to the guys at new again as they go above and beyond to help. Guys any problems with your car or you need detailing do not hesitate to give these guys a call you won’t be disappointed at all top top place

I had a coating put on by brand new Puma, I was amazed at the result it was exceptional.
