After a guitar I had bought elsewhere arrived with a bad setup and fret clearance problems, I got in touch with Ness music. We live quite a distance away from the shop and were running late so gave them a phone, to which they were very accommodating in offering to keep the shop open until we arrived.

We Arrived at the shop and were greeted by a friendly man behind the counter.

Upon speaking to him about the issues I had with the guitar, It became apparent that he was obviously very knowledgeable and passionate about what he was doing.

The work was completed timely and to a very high standard. I was also glad that I had listened to his recommendation about strings, breaking my normal habits of using standard strings as oppose to coated.

As i previously stated, the work was carried out quickly and to a high standard and I feel that the price was excellent in reflection of this.

I will definitely be using this shop in the future.
