Really happy with the service I received had Lee out to fix my elderly parents boiler, Lee was friendly and helpful a f considerate of my parents

No stars at all.......
I called them up for some one to come and assess what I need and how much cost for the job, They sent some one who was right on time and he made an estimate, we agreed that I will get the parts and will get it done on next day. The plumber was nice and he went out. then I received a call from them that I have wasted their time and the job was silly 250 pound job, the man was shouting on me over the phone and hang up.
such odd behavior left me stunned. I would never recommend them.
