Neil was fantastic and was able to repair the machine which I thought I might have to replace. He was able to come the following day and gave me a time window and kept me up to date with his arrival time - can’t recommend highly enough!

I had a problem with a washing machine in a rental property. Neil took the time to talk to the tenants and then called me back to say a new machine was required which I had suspected. He would not take any payment for his time. I was very grateful as he hadn’t wasted my time and I could get on with sorting the problem. I would recommend his service to all.

Fitting of new washing machine/stacking system.

Neil phoned when he was on the way and arrived exactly when he said he would. He was completely professional, efficient and friendly while carrying out the job, which was installing a new washing machine and fitting a stacking system so that the drier could be set on top. He charged a very reasonable price for the job and we would not hesitate to recommend him to others.
