Naff (Neff)

Neff or Naff as I would call them. We have a fridge, freezer and induction hob. Parts broken on each as they are made out of poor quality plastic and glass. Replacements are very expensive. Don’t buy a Neff.

Dreadful customer service.

Contracted spares to a 3rd party. Need a spare for a gas hob. Web site doesn't even show gas hobs!
Spoke direct to Neff who were a little more helpful. Spares are outrageously expensive any way. So I may give up and buy a new British one. Wouldn't replace oven light glass that shattered on it's own in a new oven. Said it must have been damaged by user!

Contrary to previous reviews, my engineer arrived spot on time, fixed the microwave with a new part within 30 minutes and I'm very happy

Customer Service staff will lie to you.....

Booked an engineer visit for a broken microwave - had one text message to confirm - and one on the day to say that the engineer would call 30 mins before arrival. By 5.30pm given no sign of any engineer I called their customer service, who told me that while the engineer was not picking up his phone, according to his ipad he was on his way. By 6.30pm and still no engineer I called customer service back, spoke to another agent and asked where the engineer was?. According to this agent - they don't have access to the engineers ipad and she had no idea why there was a no-show - so the first customer services agent must have been lying. Having taken the day off work to accommodate the visit, I was told I'd now have to reschedule a further visit - and guess what - I have to go to the back of the queue and start again. No priority service despite the engineer no-show - so now I have to take another day off work too.

I agree with another review which says customer service Nil, after my NON experience of contact with Neff, I would never recommend or purchase any Neff product. Just so frustrated, no one answers the phone, on the one occasion that they did the lady said she would get back to me but I am still waiting!!
Whilst typing this review I have been answered by a lady who is kindly looking into my problem. At Last! The wonderful lady KAREN at the end of the phone has solved my problem. I do really appreciate her efforts, WELL DONE Karen and THANK YOU.
