Speedy response from John, to organise the removal of rubbish. Pleasant, nothing was a bother and reasonable rates.

I was in urgent need of someone to help clear away furniture from an elderly relatives home which was due to complete within days.

I called NE Wasteaway and spoke to Mark explaining the items I needed to dispose of which included an old fridge. Mark advised that the local authority could take this cheaper than what he could, so great he was honest.

I listed of them items, all large and in a second floor flat, and a price was quoted. Pushing my luck as I needed the job doing quickly, I asked when they could attend. To my complete shock, Mark said that afternoon. Job agreed, I was over the moon.

Two guys turned up who were very pleasant and cleared the flat in no time. No mess was left. I would certainly recommend these guys. Job well done and saved me a lot of stress.

Two lads came this morning to collect a two seater and three seater sofa. They arrived when arranged and did a fantastic job, especially when considering the three seater was extremely difficult to remove. They were friendly and professional, and the cost was reasonable. Would definitely recommend NE WasteAway.
