Nature's Sanctuary

Nature's Sanctuary is a Home, Health and Wellbeing shop based at 7 Fore Street, Trowbridge. We champion self-care: you cannot pour from an empty teapot. Self- care is all about listening to what your mind and body truly needs to be content.

Dee offers a range of massages on a one on one basis to help you improve your physical and emotional health. There are many massage techniques, each with their own benefits. The premise of the treatment is to restore balance and wellbeing to ultimately make you feel better than when you walked in.

We also offer a Mindfulness Room on Tuesdays where you can take 30 minutes to just breathe, relax, meditate, sit quietly, read or do whatever you need to do in a safe and peaceful environment.

Dee is a CBD Consultant and Formulator so can advise and guide you on what products would be best for you depending on your ailments.
