This shop does not have people’s well being as its core principal

1
On Wednesday I went into this shop simply to pick up some eczema cream for my daughter, we had to wait ages to be served as the herbalist was busy talking to a friend on the phone. When she finally decided to speak to us she proceeded to fat-shame my daughter and basically tell her it’s all because she’s overweight that she’s brought all this upon herself. I feel so angry that I was too polite to not confront her over the way she treated my daughter and I was so shocked that I didn’t do what a parent should and speak out to protect my daughter from this woman’s rudeness. I shall carry this guilt in my heart forever. We have both been left feeling traumatised and deeply wounded at how heartless she was towards my daughter’s mental health. No one should sit in judgement over another person especially in a shop with other customers nearby. The attitude in this shop is all about money and there is no sense of caring. Needless to say we will NEVER be back.

Poor massage but extras offered

3
Paid £25 for a 30 min massage. Lily was friendly and had average looks and English was limited but The place was clean. Massage was average and after about 20 mins I was asked me to turn over and if I wanted any extras. Paid £20 for HR. No other service but she did take her clothes off which was a bonus.

Terrible terrible massage

1
Went here as they had a walk in appointment for both me and my friend at peak time on a Saturday. Quickly realised there is a reason for this!
The 'masseuse' coughed and sniffed loudly, and all over her hands and my back, throughout. She had her phone next to me on the bed and checked/replied to texts throughout.
The deep tissue massage has left me with an incredibly sore back, less deep tissue and more bruised tissue.
A very poor experience. However my friend's was much worse!

Worst massage ever

1
I paid for a full body massage, instead got just a back massage which was more annoying than relaxing- I asked at the end why she had only given me a back massage and she said that was full body. She kept asking me questions about my life during the massage and then tried to sell me herbal medicine having taken my pulse with her thumb, she told me I had poor circulation and needed medicine all during the massage. She continued rubbing the same spots for ages making it uncomfortable and unpleasant- she used horrible baby oil, which soon dried and then created friction. There was street noise from outside, no relaxing music, she walked in as I was getting dressed, the door was banging throughout and the bed was squeaking constantly. Quite possibly the biggest waste of money ever!!!

DO NOT GO HERE! THEY WILL TRAP YOU AND FORCE YOU TO BUY THEIR MEDS!

1
Do not go to this place! I had an absolutely terrible experience with this place. I was visiting London and I fell sick. As my hotel was near Chinatown, I stopped into their clinic as a walk in. I went there for cupping and acupuncture.

The cupping was ok except the lady that did the cupping burned my shoulder with the hot cup. The burn will likely scar. At the time I didn't realize how bad the burn was. It wasn't until the next morning that I realized how bad the burn was. This is simply poor poor service. As someone who has had cupping done multiple times, I cannot believe that she burned me like that. This is simply poor poor service.

The second reason why you should never go to this clinic is the doctor FORCED me to buy herbs. When I went in for the acupuncture the doctor said I would need to get some herbs for to complement the acupuncture. I had a mild cough and sore throat, so I thought ok, sure some herbs would help. I don't know what he prescribed for me, but after I was finished with my acupuncture, I came out to a 56 pound bill for the herbs. This is on top of the 40 pounds I had paid for the acupuncture and the 15 pounds I had paid for the cupping. So the price for the herbs was more than the cupping and acupuncture put together.

I was shocked at the price for the herbs, so I told them I wouldn't pay. At which point the receptionist said that I had to pay because they had already mixed the herbs for me. They didn't give me an option. As I had to pay by credit card for the visit, I said fine, but I wasn't happy. I paid for the visit and the herbs (even though I didn't want them at 56 pounds!) on my credit card. Then the Doctor said I had to give them my passport number. I did not give him my passport number and he physically barred me from leaving the office. The police were called and I was finally allowed to leave.

If you are contemplating going here, don't think about it any longer! This place is bad. They are not skilled in the chinese traditional medicinal arts and they are dirty.

This was by far the most terrible visit I have ever had to a medical practitioner. One goes to a medical practitioner to get better. I went to this place and left feeling raped!
