Do not get pierced here
1I phoned natural beauty with my concerns and was told “you’ve not given your body long enough to get used to a foreign object”. As someone with 19 piercings, I know what is normal and what is not normal during the healing process. The manners of the lady on the phone were disgusting, and given that I don’t believe she is a piercer at the salon, she shouldn’t be giving advice out, advice should be from a qualified piercer.

Not child friendly and would avoid
1We are sorry to hear that you have not had a good experience at Natural Beauty. We pride ourselves on great customer service and as a result we are very busy and have many great reviews. That said, we received your review on 7 February 2018. Naturally we did investigate further. I think this was a difficult situation of simply trying to keep all clients happy at the same time. It is clear that your son was very distressed about having his haircut (this is common) and we had agreed to cut his hair downstairs away from other clients. Kay had been approached by other clients upstairs that had said due to hearing screams and crying, that they were going to leave the salon as a result. Kay in this instance was trying her best to keep all clients happy. Sometimes these matters can be challenging to deal with. Therefore we apologise if you were unhappy By way of apology we would be more than happy to offer a refund and a complimentary haircut in the future. Kind Regards
