Having studied Complementary Healthcare full time for the past 5 years at the City of Glasgow College and Edinburgh Napier University, I then decided it was time to move back to Dundee to continue pursuing my dream and passion. This led to the opening of Natural Balance Therapy Centre, where there is a shop selling Crystals, Jewellery, Buddha's, Books, CDs, Soaps, Candles, gifts, etc. There is also a main treatment room and an additional room that is used for treatments, workshops, courses and group events.

It is the aim of the centre to provide quality treatments from highly educated therapist at affordable prices. As the owner of the centre I have my BA (Hons) Degree in Complementary Healthcare specialising in Reflexology as well as my VTCT in Holistic Therapies & HND in Complementary Therapies. The treatments here are all based around the individual.

We also run Monthly singing bowl meditations and have courses available too.

Highly recommend for Massage & Spiritualism

Massages from Louise and Noosh are out of this world! I have found it so difficult to find deep tissue massage in Dundee until I came across Natural Balance Therapy Centre, now i'd never go anywhere else. While pregnant I went to Louise for pregnancy massage which was lovely, relaxing and really helped my tense, sore muscles with the added strain on my body. I have also attended the spiritual coffee evening, hosted by Mo which I have learned a lot from and has helped develop me personally and spiritually.
