Nationwide Alarm Call

Something very strange going on here

For many years had an excellent service from this company but last year I paid for a years maintenance as usual however after many cancelled appointments for the annual service I heard nothing. I even visited their offices in West Bridgeford only to see they were no longer there. Then, out of the blue I received an invoice for this years maintemance from 01/10/23 - 30/09/24 so I called to say I was still awaiting last years service for which I had paid. The lady told me she would call me back to arrange a date for a free service to make up for last year. She never called back. I have been ringing and leaving messages but none of my calls have been returned. Say no more !

After years is receiving a decent service… I am very disappointed in Alarm Call, like others we paid our invoice, had engineer to service alarm, he had to return because he forgot to reset something, which meant we couldn’t set our alarm. He says he checked & replaced batteries in sensors, however 2 days later an alert showed a battery in a sensor is very low? I have been calling for 2 weeks now, emailed and left messages, but I’m just being ignored!!!!!

I have made countless attempts to contact this company and never manage to get any response. I have just received an invoice for £67.20 and cannot get through to arrange a service. It now appears that the phone number is unavailable. Very concerned.

According to Companies House records, there is an active proposal to strike off this company.

Have tried to get a refund of my £67.20 for a maintenance appointment for my security system which was cancelled countless times between 31.03.2022 and 03.10.2022. The refund was promised. The company has fraudulently operated and should never be used for the alarm security system they are responsible for maintaining. Potential customers should seek a more reliable and honest company elsewhere!
