1Had glass all over the front dashboard when I picked the car up it wouldn’t hurt them to clean it up once they finished, what’s also concerning is that before the appointment they said that you need a full tank of fuel (with today prices that’s a joke) so I had half a tank in the car when I dropped it off (56mpg) when picking the car up I had a quarter tank left what was then reading mid 40mpg.
So after that paid them the excess that they requested (£75) as was via the insurance company where the costing is £75-£150 maximum. So nearly a month later I then received an invoice from them wanting another £150 on top of the £75 that’s already been paid to them what they will not be getting as this would then mean they are getting £225 when the max via insurance is £150. So my advice avoid at all cost and believe what people are saying about this place.
