National Vehicle Servicing

NVS have never let me down in all the many years i have been using them. I am very sad that the condition of my new Lease rental car means I have to service through the company rather than NVS.
I cannot recommend NVS too highly. They always go the extra mile to deliver superb service.

I have recently used these guys so called servicing. I was watching the guy doing servicing through my Ring Video. The guy was on the phone for the whole duration of the work. The guy mentioned rear disc has been corroded. Bought them through Eurocarparts but when I was changing them, discovered that the corroded ones were the front ones. Brake pads where thining out which he was partially right. I didn't see the guy changing the oil on the video at all. Be careful guys! More importantly, he didn't stamp my service book. I had this doubt on the first day but thought he might have done it. I checked the service book after a week and guess what this wasn't stamped. I sent a text to NVS stating I was a bit disappointed it was not stamped The guy replied, had I provided and asked for it to be stamped, surely it would have been done. The service book was in the car. The guy was so rude and it took a month after chasing several times to be stamped. NOT RECOMMENDED.

Ben from NVS serviced our Motorhome today. He was very easy to deal with, gave an honest appraisal and was COVID compliant. It is not easy to take the van on and off our drive but he did that easily. We got a thorough report to show what he had carried out and the price was reasonable. I would certainly use this company again as they take the hassle out of getting the service done.

I had my heating matrix replaced and had a major service which they completed.

Rob came out early actually. Told me my brake problem wasn't as serious as I thought, did an excellent and efficient repair and got me on my way. Very nice man and excellent service from NVS. I will definitely use them again! Outstanding!
