Unacceptable service

Had car serviced at Cannock branch and I was distraught to find that the engineer had damaged the leather interior of my drivers seat. I now have an hole in the leather seat. The branch and regional manager will not accept liability for the damage to which I am appalled. I cannot understand how a professional company can damage my car and not accept responsibility. I am a very unhappy customer. The service of my car has been very expensive as I now have to repair the damaged caused by substandard workmanship!! I warn all potential customers to take pictures of their car before taking to Cannock National Tyres and Autocare. Therefore, if any damage is caused to the car whilst at the branch, the branch will have no alternative but to accept liability. I have learnt a valuable and expensive lesson.
