Service from hell, horrible.

Awful.

Arrived late, started swearing at the staff and through the box which damaged the item. His name was istvan. Then when I called the supervisors I spoke with another lady who was even more rude and her name was Judit. These two were definitely lacking in English customer service as I believe they were both Eastern European.
