Ninja Tots - Ages 3-6 years. Preparation for Life
Kids between 3 and 6 years old are often forgotten when it comes to martial arts training. They are too small to safely join a full class, but they need and benefit more than most from the interaction, coordination and behaviour management that martial arts training delivers

We have trained thousands of children in the 35 years since we were established and so we know how much they can benefit from the physical and mental aspects of that we teach.
