Worst bus service ever

Bus are always late and most of the time the drivers won't stop to get you in if you are waiting alone despite calling the stop.

Trying to find coach from Birmingham to Cambridge. offered 3 alternatives from and to each city. After trying 3 combinations only to fid NOT AVAILABLE tried 'phon only to be told number no longer available!!!!!!!
