Natasha Halling

I have nineteen years experience, I also take bank shifts at my local hospital and with complex care, I love my job an love improving my skills with training.

I am very talkative and bubbly but understand that can be a bit much for some people so when needed I can be more relaxed, I like being organised and having a routine, it’s important to help people but at the same time I will encourage independence, I am hard working and very good at time keeping. I am confident in all the roles I am trained in, and know I go above and beyond to provide top quality care, I enjoy arranging days out and social activities. I love cooking, I could do better at baking but I do enjoy eating the end product. I have a lot of experience with end of life care as well as helping people with their day to day activities. I love life and I think it’s important everyone is living their lives as much as they want too.

Most recently I have found the rise in people needing more help with mental health and keeping on top of day to day life covid has effected people in many different ways and sometimes people just need help getting on top of things and moving forward. I can help with this also. The main goal for me is to keep people moving in the direction they want too, because sometimes we all need some positive motivation behind us.
