Happy to take your money, lie to you that they have shipped your order and then don't answer calls.

I ordered on 31st August and was repeatedly assured by staff that I would be getting my delivery, but that didn't happen and was blamed on the Queen's passing, then he'd moved heaven and earth to get it out, he'd seen my order packed and ready on a pallet and it would be with me. It wasn't. He had told me on Thursday afternoon that it was definitely shipped and I will get a text message and if there was any problem then to call at midday so he can chase it up and find out where my delivery was. No sign of my delivery by midday so I tried calling but their phone was going straight to voicemail until around 4pm, where my call rang though to voicemail. I've still had no word from Napoleon Floors but my next move is to do a chargeback on the purchase and share my experience as far and as wide as I can. I'm just so very disappointed with the lies. If you're not able to or have any intention to fulfil an order then just tell me, it would have saved me 3 weeks of chasing for an update.
