Absolutely first class project execution. Napier, under the direction and involvement of their ebullient and dedicated hands on owner completely renovated and refurbished our existing bathroom. Right from project inception and utilising their state of the art virtual design tool, we were kept completely in the picture. Choice of tiles, replacement of all existing furniture to double sinks, adjustable mirror and spacious walk-in shower required complete stripping out and partial demolition, modification of all interior plumbing and electrical wiring. The work was executed by excellent and meticulous various tradesmen who ,at the end of each day, ensured everything was cleaned up and left neat and tidy. Half way through the project, we requested an extension to the works which was also completed to our satisfaction.

Walked into the amazing showroom and greeted immediately by an energetic, well informed sales associate. Lacking any idea as to what we wanted in the major remodeling of 2 and 1/2 baths, our associate took charge and provided us with stunning remodel options. We now have gorgeous bathrooms with the work done on time and in budget! Best tile and grout work ever done for us!

We contracted Napier Bathrooms to refurbish our main bathroom. There were a few issues along the way during install which delayed a little, from previously shoddy work I believe, but they kept us informed at every step and ensured each of the issues were fixed this time around. The final result is just as we’d hoped, and although we were nervous that there would be snagging to follow, I was pleasantly surprised by how little there was. A few small things we noticed over the first week of use, and Johnny was very quick to have them fixed when we contacted him. We are very happy with the work that has been done and will look to contract them again when we move to have the en-suite refurbished in the future.

When finally starting the renovations project on the house we took the recommendation of our neighbours for the smallest rooms in the house (having had a peak at theirs). From start to finish Napier bathrooms were wonderful. From initial consultation (and many meetings and conversations back and forth as we were very indecisive on a few items), through to execution of what we wanted within our budget it was a great experience. The entire team obviously care about what they do and showed great patience with us. 8 months down the line and we are still very happy with our 2 new bathrooms. We too are also recommending them to family, friends and neighbours.
