I wouldn’t even give this place 1 star but had to to post this review I would highly NOT !! recommend this place I was local and was wanting to try this place out , my 2 year old also wanted a toilet and was desperate and she spoke to me very rude asking me why my child needed a toilet and then said I should go somewhere else If she needed one I wouldn’t even waste my money in a shop with an owner who has no respect or manners towards paying customers

Awful customer service

Rude. I went to take my nails off and was next on the seat however the customer who came after me got told to go first it took me a hour until I got my nails removed. The man is rude very very heave handed and I wouldn’t go there ever again

VERY RUDE and 0 CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS!

The customer service was atrocious. I have never come across such rude people.
It was our first time my niece was sat in the chair and as the shop became busy with customers the male started to shout at her to hurry up when she was deciding on a colour!
They left her in tears by the time she got out of there.
Will NEVER use this place again as they made us feel extremely rushed and uncomfortable.
It was our first time they weren’t very helpful in explaining or advising the different type of nails on offer.
They would talk amongst each other in Chinese clearly talking about us. Just outright rude.
Their were 5 of us so can only assume when they were getting busy they started to rush us and were incredibly disrespectful.
I wouldn’t use them again!
