Nail Fairy

I have germ coming here for a while for shellac nails and although the nails are great, I have just walked out after the third time I have sat being ignored for over 20 mins after turning up for an appointment on time. When I asked I was told they were short staffed and wouidnt be able to do them for at least 20 mins, after being completely ignored for 20 mins. I won’t be returning

Have been to several nail shops but this is by far my favourite.
I have a gel/SNS mani-pedi on my natural nails every 2-3 weeks and they always take their time to do a fantastic job.
All of the technicians are perfectionists which I appreciate as I am very fussy, and my nails have grown beautifully, and without damage, under their care and guidance since I've been attending.
They are helpful in choosing colours or being creative with designs, and always take interest in getting the length and shape that best suits my hands.
All staff are very friendly and welcoming.
I highly recommend.

Been going every month for pedicures, s and s , gels and manicures for over 9 years always pleased with the result . The service is good tea and coffee always offered . They keep the studio up to date with new furnishings and decor. The owner is always accommodating and friendly .

Avoid ... absolutely terrible , filthy
Have been coming here as it’s local but never again .
Had a manicure and pedicure .
Spent ages under dryers but all my manicure varnish slid off .
I paid up ( no apologies or such)
Got home and realised my toesnails varnish came off too.
So I went back and told the owner and he was just downright rude and said varnish was not included in the manicure and pedicure
Never heard that one before
Absolutely no reason to ever come back here

I dress to think of the last time this shop was dusted or hoovered. Every surface covered in nail and acrylic dust, when I dropped something on the floor it was filthy.

I was disappointed in the pedicures, no moisturiser or massage for our feet so they were left very dry afterwards and now I can add that both of our pedicures and manicures have peeled not even 2 days later.
