We were tasked to make a small change to one of the flats which required planning permission. We produced an accurate model of the building from which came the existing and proposed elevation drawings.

Stylish and buildable designs for major loft extension and annexe

Rob Nabney designed a major loft extension (four beds and 2 baths) and creation of a ground floor annexe for my parents. His designs were both stylish and buildable and he provided support during the planning and construction stages - often going above and beyond to help us sort out issues. My parents and I are delighted with our remodelled house which achieves everything we set out to do.

Nabney Plans

We used Rob/Nabney Plans to provide the planning drawings for an extension as well as interior structural changes. He also provided the building regs drawings. We found the service very good, he was flexible and easy to work with in terms of getting the initial plans how we wanted and also in terms of working with planning authorities to get everything approved. Very happy with the price as well with a set fee covering the whole process and including things like re-works for planning and a 3D image using an app. I would thoroughly recommend Nabney Plans.
