I am a professionally fully qualified massage therapist with over 17 years experience. I have worked with many clients with varying needs over the years. I am most passionate about helping to improve the quality of life by helping to alleviate painful, stiff muscles and joints and combating stress which can reek havoc on your physical and mental well being.

Massage is a wonderful way to relax, unwind and help rejuvenate our minds and body's. My top priority is to ensure the comfort of my clients when they are here. A full consultation is carried out before treatment and if you have any medical conditions please let me know as there are some which may prohibit or limit some treatments. I am registered with the Federation of Holistic Therapies and I abide by their code of conduct.

Faultless - Hidden gem!

So glad to find this hidden gem! I've had a lot of massages but Nature's Way is definitely my favourite. The therapist is incredibly experienced and professional with knowledge of a number of treatments. From pre pregnancy to post childbirth, the therapist has always tailored her treatments. Very approachable and reasonably priced too. I'd give 6 stars if I could !

Sara is a lovely and experienced therapist who has helped me over my medical problems,she really understands how the body works and adjusts her treatments to suit what is required. Gentle where needed and firm where needed also. I feel throughly relaxed and safe in her hands and recommend her 100%
