Brilliant Service

Brilliant service. Responded very quickly to a problem with an ancient built-in oven. The need to remove the unit and carry out a thorough service was soon identified. The work was done cheerfully, with professional expertise, and in a timely fashion. We are much impressed with the result. Strongly recommended.

Quick and efficient service

Neil replied very quickly to my enquiry and arranged an appointment for the next day to fix my washer dryer. Took time and trouble to repair and service the machine. It's now working well again with no problems. The price charged was perfectly reasonable.
He was friendly and knowledgeable and left everything clean and tidy. I would recommend him.

Friendly and efficient

Answered my call really quickly and managed to fit me in on the same day to repair my faulty oven. Offered to service it while he had pulled the oven out and as it was over 5 years old agreed. Very friendly and knows his stuff . Put everything back and was very tidy. Would thoroughly recommend

Highly recommend.

I phoned Neil on a Friday morning about a broken washing machine; an appointment was made for that afternoon.
The fault was identified and fixed in no time at all (it was great that Neil had the spare parts to hand) at the same appointment my washing machine was serviced and now it runs like new.
