Amazing customer service

My mother went to this store today (14/11/21) around 4pm to enquire about travel money and said the lady who served her was so lovely. She came home in such an amazing mood and said the lady was very nice and they were chatting for around 15 minutes. This is so lovely to hear as my mother doesn’t get much company or conversation and she says the lady listened to her talk about my late father. She said she can’t remember her name but I just want to thank her for being so patient and taking time for my mother. Jan.
