hi my name is michael. i phoned john with an unusual request i needed someone to lift a washing machine into my house from my car.. john despatched his son who arrived very promtly did the job for me very speedily. strictly speaking it was not a machine repair but a removal job. nevertheless he did an excellent job and i'm very pleased i would highly recommend this company and will definitely be using again.

John did a great job with diagnosing the problem with our washing machine and fixing it promptly. We weren’t expecting to get hold of anyone the day after our machine stopped working but thankfully John was available. He was friendly and professional and delivered a very good service. The engineer turned up on time and diagnosed the fault quickly. New parts arrived the next day (Saturday) and he came out to complete the repair that evening. Everything left clean and tidy. Excellent service. Recommended.
