Very very terrible service there is no choice to go school for my children so I have choose these otherwise absolutely bad service and no scope for giving any complain.

Sat at the bus stop in Arlington way from 12:10pm - 12:50pm and no bus. It was expected to arrive at 12:30 but clearly they're incapable. 0 Stars.

If I could give less than one star I would, absolutely appalling service daughter has no other way of getting to school so unfortunately have no choice but to use them. No bus is ever on time and at least 50% of the time they don’t show up at all meaning daughter is then late for school or not getting home until 6pm. Also never answer the phone!

Where. Was the no 10 Shotgate to Basildon this morning the 9.50 Berens Close Wickford never turned up waited until 10.10am and gave up.This also happened Friday 11th November and also Tuesday the 15th November 2022. In the pouring rain gave up and went home to dry off drenched clothes
