I have been a driver at nibs for over 4 years and really enjoy the job. There is a nice variety of routes and the buses are well maintained. The managers are fair and quite considerate and the other drivers are friendly and helpful. I'd be happy to stay in this job until retirement as it's far less stress than most bus driving jobs.
