Boiler Rescue

Neil Hammond came to my rescue today by responding quickly & fixing my boiler. He was generous with practical advice about the management of boilers radiators & plumbing. Good .man to have in your address book!!

Great service, look no further

Neil promptly responded to my message at a weekend, diagnosed over the phone, and arranged to collect a part for my boiler and fit it on the Monday. Communication was great, and a lovely respectful guy. Definitely trust his services and I'd use him again in the future.

My major worry is that he is not messed about by customers who do not appreciate quality service.
