Amazing customer service

Amazing customer service. I booked a minibus from Sedgefield races to Darlington for boxing day with only 48hrs notice. The price quoted was extremely reasonable given the short notice and fact that it was for boxing day. Sadly the races were stupidly busy and not enjoyable, so we left after 15mins and drove home. This meant I had to cancel our minibus as it was no longer needed. I fully expected to lose the prepayment fare, but was most pleasantly surprised to get a full refund. I 100% would book with this taxi company again, as their customer service was amazing.

Excellent

I had him pick up my family from Manchester Airport. I booked the minibus weeks in advance. I was worried that he would forget about it but he was there on time. He even willingly waited for half an hour for the passengers to arrive. His service was not too expensive either. He was very helpful and polite. I will use his service again.
