All they care about is money rather than customer service. The cleaner showed up on the day and told me they would charge "extra" to clean the insides of the windows, so I told him to do the outsides only. To my surprise, they then charged me for both the outsides and the insides, with the reasoning that that was what I was booked in for and I had "cancelled" the insides on the day!! Imagine someone telling you that a service will cost extra on top of your quote, and then charging you for it anyway because it was supposedly included! I repeatedly and calmly explained this to the customer service team who did not care less and merely sent me a copy of the cancellation policy. Never using them again.

We have used this company for many years. They are wonderful. Everything you could want - professional, efficient, punctual, but most importantly - they are friendly and personable. Great customer service! Totally recommend them!

Highly recommended

Very happy with N Clark Window Cleaning who I used for the first time last week. An estimate was given when I booked, based on photos I had emailed them. Roy arrived on time and firmed up the estimate for my agreement prior to starting work. He got on with the job and was very polite and helpful - he even reconnected our downpipe! Work was up to a vey high standard and I will definitely use them again.
