Nick is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. In one visit he was able to diagnose and resolve the issue with our heating system that 2 other engineers had failed to do. He let us know when to expect him, explained everything he was doing and gave us lots of advice to help us manage it going forward. He offered to provide follow up support by phone and in person - we couldn't have asked for more and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

Nick was amazing. Found on google and took a chance as was the only one who could fit us in the same day when we had a leak. He turned up as promised at the end of his working day, later than most would have. He was friendly and professional and did the job he came to do, plus sorted another little leak, and gave us advice on how to work/manage our heating going forward. Was very nice to our littlest ones too. Also very reasonable price. I’ve saved his details for any future plumbing and heating needs. Would trust him!
