Worth mentioning

Just called Nick, as my washing machine was bleeping and a 30min wash was still going 2hrs later? Before booking a call out, he suggested I check the inlet pipe was not kinked and if so replace. Ordered a new inlet pipe and all is working as should.
Thank you to a very helpful and genuine service engineer!

Just called Nick, as my washing machine had died. Before booking a call out, he suggested I check the socket. The socket was fine, but while I was doing this, I decided to check the fuse. The fuse had gone!! Nick was obviously onto the right area of diagnosis. That's what I call service 😁. I wouldn't hesitate to 'TRY' and use him again. Thank you SO MUCH Nick.

Responded to my email same day, came to give me a quote the day after and was able to fix the problem there and then. Excellent service. Have already recommended him to my friends.
