My Solution Wellbeing Counselling

My Solution Wellbeing counselling service is based in Leicester. Our team empowers people to change their lives. We are a Wellbeing and Counselling and Life Coaching Service for Adults and Children in Leicester. We offer support around Stress, Anxiety, Bereavement, Trauma, Abuse, and Depression. We work with schools, businesses, council boroughs and community groups across the Midlands. We offer, mindfulness, wellbeing and yoga classes in GP / Dental surgeries as well as corporate businesses and in the community. We also hold community workshops in and around Leicester & Leicestershire supporting people with stress anxiety mindfulness and depression as well as learning new coping tools for self regulating emotions for adults and children.
