Good luck with trying to get a refund! I ordered 3 items, received 1 and got a refund for 1. This company claimed they has sent 2 pairs!
Their customer service is abysmal. They don’t phone back or respond to messages or emails. Terrible!

I ordered some underwear on 1 January. It is now 12th and still haven’t received it. Although said shipped but my post is really good. I think someone should investigate this company. It is managed from a private house. Money was taken immediately. If I receive these within next couple of days will write another review but doubt it! Pay a bit more and receive your goods from bona fide merchants.

Ordered a gift for my wife’s birthday. After 3 weeks, my order has not arrived.

No response from My Smarty Pants. Next step try and get refund.
