My renewable energy are a fantastic company to use.they are clean and very efficient.always happy to help with any questions you have and go above and beyond to not disturb you too much whilst working.Jack the electrician is very friendly and helpful and did an amazing job on our property and was very helpful in showing us how to use the system.The air source heat pump fitters have worked around us brilliantly with cleanliness and efficiency and it’s never too difficult to make adjustments for us .The solar panel guys were also very helpful and friendly and amazingly quick.All this work has been done in a week Amazing guys and Thankyou

We have recently had solar panels installed by this company and have been very impressed throughout the job. The surveyor visited and explained everything to us, how to make best use of our roof space and what type of system would be best for us. They designed a system and showed us what we would be saving on our bills.

The guys that came to install it were all extremely professional and nothing was too much trouble. They cleaned up after themselves and the job was completed in a single day. They set us up on the monitoring app and showed us how it worked. So far the system has performed much better than the estimates and we have cut down our electricity bill by around 90%.

Cannot recommend this company enough.

Terrible experience. Months of being treated terribly. Managing director verbally agressive when you contact him with a problem.
All tradesmen were terrible. Plastering was rubbish and splashed everywhere. Joinery work was terrible. 10 day job took months.If you have had a bad experience please log with trustmark. They are working on behalf of the Goverments eco schemes, this shouldn’t be allowed.They upsell you a job then when they can’t carry the work out properly they don’t want to know. Avoid this company

Terrible company to deal with. had internal wall insulated fitted. joinery work was horrendous. plastering was terrible. nice as pie to get the job as soon as a problem occurs they soon change. you cant get hold of them and if you do you just get the arrogant managing director talking to you like dirt. the only way we got our house back to normal after months of headaches was by contacting their regulators Trust Mark. Avoid this terrible company.

I’d advise don’t use this company , I rarely complain about anything but the guys came , put in the insulation PUT THEIR KNEE THROUGH MY CEILING !!! FORGED MY SIGNATURE ON A DOCUMENT SAYING I WAS SATISFIED WITH THE WORK !!! BROKE SEVERAL BOXES OF CHINA IN LOFT ASWELL.
This was 23.4.2022 , eventually repaired ceiling in October!!!!!!! Communication was DISGUSTING ment to come and repair ceiling 12/13th of September ( took 2 days off work ..self employed so no holiday pay ) no one turned up called or emailed . No compensation offered for loss of earning .
I now have a “pink patch” on my ceiling and they are not answering my emails regarding decorating it ( as a person with a disability I’m not able to )
I will report this to ofgem , my main concern being how many venerable people are they doing this to , who are unable to complain themselves.
I also intend to contact trading standards
DONT USE THIS COMPANY
