The website enables customers to book a range of parcel delivery services for either UK or international destinations, with options such as home/office collection, click and collect, pick-up and drop-off services, as well as next day, same-day, economy and weekend delivery. My Parcel Delivery works with top couriers such as Hermes, UPS, DPD, DX, Collect+ and Parcelforce.

The company was conceived in 2009 by entrepreneur David Grimes who had spent far too many wasted hours standing in Post Office queues. He knew there must be a better way and My Parcel Delivery was launched in 2010.

Do not use! Offering a service which is not fit for purpose. Three collections organised, three failed pickups. Absolutely useless.

They damaged my item I put claim in they said it be sorted within 4 weeks now it's 4 weeks and 1 day now they saying I've got wait for questionnaire Via post it not once was this mentioned before I will never use my parcel delivery again or recommend Anyone to use this company very poor customer service

No telephone number

Atrocious service. We were given incorrect information on pick-up times and had to cancel the order. We have a constant receptionist and they say they have to levy a failed collection charge as no one was here at 11.30 am! This was our first attempt to use them and we spend thousands on couriers. Very short-sighted and if this is the way they quibble over a few pounds then that's their loss. The fact there's no telephone number on their website speaks for itself.

The parcel being sent was broken in transit by Parcel Force, despite admitting to the parcel being broken in transit My Parcel Delivery are refusing to give compensation. Even though it is for a charity event and the item is now costing to be fixed. Their customer service is incredibly poor and very often difficult to get through to anyone or get anyone to call you to try and deal with the issue over the phone.
I would avoid using them at all costs.

AVOID!!!!!! Worst service I've ever experienced, didn't turn up on collection date. No communication at all to explain. Didn't turn up on second collection date. Have cancelled and waiting for refund. Let's see if that turns up?!!!
