Great products BUT appalling after sales service

Their products are 5 star. But their customer service is terrible. They delivered my artificial grass on time, but the delivery vehicle driver over my grass verge. I immediately contacted the company. So far I have made numerous telephone calls, emails (sent oictures too) and Facebook messages. I' ve been promised a "manager" will look into it but now 2 months on I'm still waiting for any contact from the company.
It's such a shame because I'm delighted with the artificial grass but appalled with the after sales service which from my experience is non existent.
All I can say for sure is if you use this company and have a problem you will be ignored.
