What is fantastic about MyFitnessPro is how tech savvy and available my trainer is. This means that there is always a means of communication with a very quick response time. Any questions or issues I have are addressed and responded to within 24 hours, the service extends beyond the one hour training session, making MyFitnessPro a cut above the rest.
The training sessions are designed to make you fitter through exercises that encompass Strength, endurance, HIIT and core work. Although the sessions are tough, my trainer always ensures we include activities that I enjoy (in my case that is boxing) so there is an element of fun in each session. Aside from the weight loss, I have noticed that when I attend other classes outside of my training sessions, my fitness level is very good which has improved my confidence massively. I have had taster sessions with other trainers, however, they pale in comparison to the effort, professionalism and results that comes with MyFitnessPro.
I ended up training for 3 weeks before the op which quickly had an impact and certainly aided my recovery time.
I got back in touch after 6 months with an expectation that I would be getting back to fitness. Now 2 months into the training twice a week, my attitude has completely changed. I feel fitter and stronger than I have felt since my 20s. My body shape has changed but so has my attitude to training and myself.
I have more confidence and a much better body image. I know I look strong and therefore I can wear what I want without being self-conscious. Some of my friends and colleagues think I am crazy and say that they could not possible afford it. My answer is that I can’t afford not to! I am a better partner, mother and teacher.
Paul is calm, honest and creative with a good sense of humour. I really enjoy the fact that I do not have to think about it, I just have to do the work. He comes to train me at work after school has finished and that means that when I am home, I can just be with the family. I am pushed hard but never to the point that I do not enjoy it. I am looking forward to training tomorrow.
