MyBody Studios is the premier venue in the North East for holistic exercise. With two studios, one in Durham and one in Boldon, we cover the Sunderland and County Durham areas. We are the longest established Pilates studio in the North East and specialise in Pilates mat and apparatus sessions, different types of yoga (Ashtanga, hot, hatha, sivananda, yoga for men) and barre workouts. In addition, we offer bespoke one to one personal training for real results. Bodywork and massage treatments are available to reduce stress and tension. Director, Emma Newham, has been in the fitness industry for over two decades. She is an advanced member of The Register of Exercise Professionals. Emma specialises in Pilates Teacher Training. She has worked with many different types of illness, injury and back problems and also specialises in rehabilitation.

I was troubled with back problems that left me unable to walk for one or two weeks a year. After advice from my Pysio and good local feedback I started Pilates at "My body Studios" two years ago and I have had no trouble since I started . I also feel better and am generally more mobile.
