Quick and professional

Ross was excellent,came out fixed a few leaks I had around my heating system in a quick and professional manner.

Also installed my nest thermostat and left zero mess.

Avoid

After having problems with my shower for weeks back in the summer (it would 'cut off' when in use), I phoned Munro Plumbing to try to arrange a visit. The plumber was friendly enough, and told me the fault sounded like the valve - but said he was busy, and that I should contact the office. That the manager, Stacey, would arrange a booking at a suitable time.

I emailed the office manager regarding this, but heard nothing back from her. When I tried calling, no one answered. So I emailed the office manager again, telling her that the situation was bad, that the shower was becoming unusable - but she still failed to reply. After three email attempts, I gave up. More than a week wasted with this, waiting for a reply.

In the end, with the shower now completely unable to work (imagine how that felt during warm weather), I tried a few other plumbers, eventually finding one who agreed to come over to the house and take a look at it. Avoid.

Great company/Reasonable priced and professional.

What a great experience we have had with this company! Just by luck we phoned Munro Plumbing and Heating Ltd. I am so glad we did and will continue to contact Ross for any problems we need help with.
Ross identified my parents heating problems very quickly. He was out within an hour of us first phoning him.
It was an older heating system but Ross reassured them that it could be fixed. The next evening Ross arrived with the parts and got them working again. He also sorted another plumbing problem too so Ross was out three nights in a row to fix fire/heating/water tank for them. Very professional/no negative comments/cost was very reasonable/came when he said he would/tidied up after himself. Nothing was too much trouble. These are the type of companies we need more of so please use Munro Plumbing after reading this comment.

Boiler replacement

Very efficient and professional. We moved into a new house with a boiler that needed to be replaced. Ross came out and recommended options, explaining everything in a straightforward manner. The quote was reasonable and the work was done to an exceptional standard.
We will definitely be using Munro for future jobs.
