An honest and skilled independent BMW specialist

MY BMW X3 X line windscreen washer was not spraying fluid on the screen but the pump was working so clearly there was a blockage in the system or the impeller had become detached from the pump. As a volunteer driver taking the elderly to their hospital appointments, I needed my car back on the road quickly.
Called Munich Motors and explained the problem. I was given an appointment with only two days wait where main dealers were quoting weeks, and a time scale of two hours to do the work. The work was carried out to time and to a high standard with attention to detail in reassembling the parts that had to be removed to get at the tank. As a retired engineer myself, I would highly recommend this company.

Excellent service

Dug deep to find a snapped wire in my 1 Series. Saved me a small fortune. Nice honest people. Definitely recommend.

Full marks for honest service.

I took my X3 to Munich when the A/C seemed to have failed. The technical found that a friend I had as a passenger the previous day had moved the thumb wheel on the dash from cold to hot ! This is a control I have never used and did not spot was out of position. Munich could easily have charged me £64 for a re-charge and done nothing. In these days when so many garages are happy to rip you off it is great to find such honesty ! Chapeau Munich !!

Inspection 2 BMW e30 m52

Second time I've used Munich both times for e30's.
Great service, very detailed feed back on hard over (depending how busy they are)
Couldn't ask for more from an inderpendant. Definitely the only place I'd take older BMW's
