The collection the driver decided he would empty some of the contents out of the skip all over the drive and garden. When asked what he was doing he said it was too full and something hit him on the head. I asked why he wasn't wearing protective items then. He said that wasn't the point. They clearly don't follow heath and safety guidelines. If he had let us know that we could have removed things from the top to satisfy him. We are now faced with contents of the skip left all-over the garden and driveway. The issue we are now faced with is that a half ton bag of cement mortar mix with toxins in has been spilt over the garden. We have tried to contact them to discuss a resolution but they are refusing to talk to us and wont even allow us to lodge a complaint with the owners. They are stating the driver is within his rights to do that. We are now faced with a clear up bill. Very poor customer service and unprofessional attitudes with rude drivers. I would use this company with caution.

Ordered a skip and paid over the phone, told various things you can’t put in due to weight.. skip delivered. however delivery driver tried asking for payment again (already paid via card) then received a call on Monday asking me for my card details again to try and find the payment as they’ve been busy and have no record of me paying. Phoned the following Friday for skip to be removed, they can’t do it till Tuesday…Phoned at 12:30 on Tuesday to be told yes it’s down to be collected (already made them aware it needed to be moved Tuesday am due to other deliveries) collection of the skip never occurred and got told it would be collected at 6am the next day. the skip was sat on my drive until 8:30am. Cannot stand companies who are happy to take your money and can’t provide the service. Don’t offer times and days if you have no idea when you’ll be coming. They just put it down to being ‘busy’ even after saying how desperate I was for it to be moved due to having other deliveries.

Caused damage to our property when delivering a skip, provided proof of damage, spoke with Allison, Sue and Mick to which there was no interest in resolving the matter and the owner Adam will not communicate either. Their attitude is "so what?" to the point where Mick the delivery driver thought it was funny!! Personally I don't think it's much to ask that if you damage a persons property you attempt to rectify the issue. Very unprofessional and would NEVER recommend or use again.
