She is a theif behind the counter she over charges people and to top things off she don't even give you the food ask to proce each item you buy

Really need to urge people not eat from this place. They advocate or shall I say boast a reputable hygiene rating, well the establishment had last been inspected 2019 we are now in 2022, just like the standards of hygiene have dropped so has the customer service, the paunchy lady who gives it the large (mind the pun) 'hi darling, take care sweetheart' fake attitude whilst giving you a bag half packed with its contents seeping out, really is unbelievable, actions speak louder. How about you spend less time stuffing your face and scaring customers and genuinely show an ounce of care and deliver somewhat of a satisfactory service.
Muktars recently reduced the tub size of this magic sauce, however the price remains extortionate and if you look closely the sauce in the newly significantly reduced tub size is barely touching the halfway line, you call this an honest living, you abuse food and you abuse every customer that walks through the door. Absolutely despicable!

Brought some chilli sauce and it was not the first time .it had so much chilli in it. It burnt my mouth and when I phoned up to ask them to check it out. The woman who. I was talking to made every excuse and said that's how it is normally I explained to her I have brought it before and it's to hot to eat and I understand it been Ramadan and you can't taste things.but she was rude and addment. It's the same recipe. Very poor customer service. I my self is in the catering bussiness and I never talk to my customer like that. Never going back me or my large family.
