Mubu Hair

I went to this salon to have a bad cut corrected.I expressed concern that the layers weren't even and I asked her to blend that shorter piece in and add long layers to the rest because the current haircut (supposed to be a lob) also had a mushroom effect(!)
Today is the first day I've worn it straight, let it air dry and seen the cut in its raw state.. I'm disgusted. After saying she'd evened it out, and not added layers (like I asked..) she's clearly taken the rest of the top layer to the same height as the first uneven layer I complained about!!. So now I have a complete step on one side of my head,. Rather than the inch wide shorter piece I went in with, I now have a whole top layer 3 inches shorter than the rest..
I couldve lived with the 1 inch section of hair that was shorter than the rest - but to take up the whole of the top layer to the length is beyond me! How am I supposed to blend that in without curling it and adding more damage to my fragile hair. 2 bad cuts now..!
