My TV had lost power and Mark came to the house the same day, unfortunately it could not be fixed at home, so was taken to the shop for investigation and repair.
I was kept informed throughout with updates and costs, and nothing was done without my consent. Mark then brought the TV back to the house and made sure it was working before leaving.
The customer service from inital phone call to the TV being brought back was 5 star, and everything done at an excellent rate. Would highly recommend.
