Do not use!

Dont not use. They will collect ur carpet. May even take payment for work prior to completion and will not reply to your messages and ignore everything they say. I have been asking this company to finish a job for me since june and theyve ignored me and pushed me aside. And they have kept hold of my carpet refusing to give it to me after paying.

Poor service!

Beautiful flooring laid on a poor sub floor has led to a service I can not recommend. While the company returned to rectify the matter, it has made no difference and the floor remains bouncy in area’s with some of the joints already coming apart. They kept insisting this flooring had built in underlay but even the packaging stated it should be laid on a flat sub floor. Their advice was to put the skirtings on and it would improve. Skirtings are on and it’s still awful in areas. Poor service all round!
